Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Santa Clara, CA

 

The Senior Software Engineer- Infrastructure requires strong coding and
implementation, in addition to design skills. Strong Linux/Unix systems
programming experience is required, as well as a knowledge of Unix
software development tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*	Responsible for High availability of Infoblox product
*	Responsible for database replication 
*	Work to migrate Linux and Infoblox product to new hardware
platforms 
*	Analyze root cause of product defects and provide fixes

 

Skills & Experience:

 

*	5+ years software development experience. 
*	The successful applicant must be a generalist with the ability
to work on all facets of the product.
*	Experience with high availability design & implementation
*	Experience database concepts and technology 
*	Experience working in a Linux environment
*	Experience with appliance technology or embedded systems are a
big plus.
*	Experience with networking and web technologies TCP/IP, HTTP,
HTTPS is a plus. 
*	Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, 
*	A graduate degree is preferred.
