*Company Brief:*
Ooyala is a venture-backed video company founded by Google/Stanford
engineering alumni. We're building a video platform to make it easier and
faster to distribute, syndicate and monetize high-quality content over the
web. The company is located in Mountain View - a short hop from either the
101 or Cal-train.

*Requirements:*

   - BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
   - Intimate knowledge of Linux development environment.
   - 2+ years industry experience designing, building, and maintaining
   large scale systems. 2+ years of software development experience.
   - Strong familiarity with common web technologies like Apache, MySQL,
   Ruby on Rails, Capistrano, etc. and the knowhow to scale them.
   - Experience with grid and clustered computing a plus.
   - Ability to juggle many tasks at a time.
   - Passion for building products that will be used by millions
   worldwide.
   - Excellent C++ and/or Java programming skills. Experience with Ruby a
   plus.
   - Experience with large scale, distributed software a plus.
