Software Engineer Driver for Linux OS

  Description:
  Developing device drivers for the Linux operating system in a video real time environment. The engineer in this position will develop software as a member of a team of engineers with the responsibility to design and develop device drivers. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from software specifications to design, coding, unit and integration testing. Maintain the needed software development documentation. Work closely with a cross-functional team including hardware and QA. 
   
  Requirements:
  BSCS or BSEE. Understanding and experience of the Linux operating system architecture and kernal internals. Linux device driver/Board support package development experience. Proficiency in C/C++. Proven track record of successful product development. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in driver design. 
   
  Preferred Experience:
  MSCS or MSEE. Experience with software development for embedded systems. Ability to use logic analyzers and other development tools is a plus.
