This is a full-time opportunity in Palo Alto that involves client
interaction, project management, case resolution, and overall business
operations. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers,
work with a wide array of technologies, as well as work with a team of
technical experts. This exciting opportunity also includes a two-week
training in Paris! 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Provide senior level support to an assigned external customer base 
* Have a positive impact on customer satisfaction through prompt
resolution of customer issues 
* Key contributor to knowledgebase management and problem avoidance
categories 
* Create product enhancement requests when necessary 
* Serve as a lead for various projects, and partners 
* Take ownership of project issues and resolve with limited management
supervision 
* Proactively identify and resolve issues independently 
* Self-starter with multitasking capabilities 
* Key contributor to the Customer Support team, strong team player with
the ability to work independently and responsibly at all times 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
* Four to six plus years of experience in systems administration or high
level technical support 
* Strong experience in Linux 
* Exemplary interpersonal and client-facing skills 
* Proven track record in problem-solving. 
 
PLUSES: 
* Experience with Mail server
* Strong experience with network backup
* Database knowledge
* Enterprise storage and/or fiber channel experience
