Fulltime Software Engineer - Systems Multimedia 
 

 

POSITION DETAILS

Location: San Francisco

Duration: Contract to Hire

Start: ASAP

Contract Pay: $60hr

Fulltime Pay: $90,000 to $120,000

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our Systems
Multimedia Team.  This position requires good skills in object-oriented
development.  The ideal candidate for this position would have
experience with both Perl and PHP development as well as some experience
with XML and Java technologies.   This position will involve components
that are both Windows and Linux based, so a strong familiarity with both
platforms is required.  

REQUIRED SKILLS: 
- 2+ years Perl/PHP and Java skills development
- 1+ in XML technologies (parsers, schema/DTD, XSLT, SOAP)

- Linux and Windows

- A reasonable understanding of basic TCP/IP networking and protocols
- Good understanding of source code control and defect tracking as part
of the SDLC



DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with InstallShield would be a huge plus.

Experience with C++ is not required but highly desired.
