I have an urgent need for a DBA that can do performance testing at a kernel level on linux and replication of They use MYSQL database 
This is a 3week-month project.  The rate is very good.  We are flexible- maybe work 3 days on site for the performance tuning part and possibly remotely for replication.If you know anyone I would greatly appreciate the help
