Having a hard time finding someone with Linux Command line tools

Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Linux, GCC, GNU Make, Autoconf, Linux
command line tools, shell scripts and patching

 - Experience configuring the build environment of a large code base

 - Ability to work extensively with other engineers, both internally
 to Pioneer and a third party vendor, to diagnose and reproduce bugs in code running on different embedded platforms.

Strongly desired skills:
 - Experience integrating two or more large code bases in a Linux
 environment.

- Experience working in an environment with little to no
 documentation and rapidly changing code.

Desired skills, but not required:
- Fluency in C/C++ and the ability to quickly read and understand a
large code base.

- Familiarity with MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (audio, transport streams and
program streams), WMV8, WMV9, LPCM, AC-3, MP3, WMA, WMA9pro, WAV.  This familiarity would include experience with variations and parameters for the formats specified, but not necessarily programming experience(though that would be preferable).


This engineer will be working with integration engineers both at client sight and at a third party vendor to help determine the most stable combination of rapidly changing drivers, low level middleware, toolchain and kernel software packages from the third party.
