FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Our client is a leading global supplier of systems software and development
tools for intelligent connected devices.  We are looking for an exceptional
Field Applications Engineer, with outstanding people facing skills, who will
provide technical support to the company's sales staff and customers with
in-depth product knowledge.  The company boasts a Linux-based operating
system and universal development platform. The products address software
developer needs encompassing applications ranging from communications
infrastructure to consumer electronics.

Job Duties:
-        Oversee pre-sale and/or post-sale support of company's software
products.
-        Prepare and present technical product information in sales
presentations, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
-        Assist sales staff in assessing potential application of company
products to meet customer needs.
-        Provide answers to customer inquiries concerning the company's
software products and applications.
-        Manage all the company's software product evaluations.  Assist
sales staff in developing working relationships with the company's Partners.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a BSCS, BSEE or an equivalent applicable
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University, with a minimum
five years experience as a Field Applications Engineer with Real-Time
Operating Systems and/or Linux products or equivalent applicable position(s
