Currently, we are looking for top-notch candidates to fill positions in
our Infrastructure practice area. We have the following job opening: 

UNIX SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 

Typical Responsibilities:

*         Installs and maintains operating systems

*         Sets up and administers NIS, NFS, DNS, MTA and server/client
configurations

*         Configures communication devices (e.g., routers and switches)
to maintain server and network connectivity

*         Designs/implements complex local and wide-area networks of
machines

*         Administers complex site or assists in the administration of a
large site

*         Establishes/recommends on system use and services; evaluates
and/or recommends purchases

Qualifications:

*         Five or more years

*         Solid overall knowledge of network and operating system

*         Solid understanding of NIS, NFS, DNS, MTA and server/client
configurations

*         Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking hardware, protocols
and LAN configuration

*         Knowledge of 2+ UNIX variants

*         Advanced scripting and additional programming
knowledge/experience

*         Expertise in performance analysis and tuning

*         Ability to architect and design and implement an entire system

*         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*         Independent problem-solving, self-direction
