A few week ago I accepted a job at PalmSource and I have to
say this is a great place to work for a Linux guy like myself.
My boss is Peter van der Linden (the C and Linux author) and
it turns out that he is a fairly good manager. All of the
technical decisions I've seen made here at PalmSource were,
well, sane. There's a lot of smart people, a clear path, and
almost no politics. This is a nice place to work.
There are several Linux jobs available at PalmSource so the

* design and write new GUI applications and system
infrastructure code for Linux.
* Contribute to overall framework design, and provide help
to other teams.
Qualifications:
* High level of interest and enthusiasm for Linux software
* Proven experience writing GUI code
* Excellent critical thinking skills.
Skills/Experience:
* Solid experience with GTK+ or Qt on Linux
* Strong knowledge of C coding and debugging
* Experience with embedded software development is a plus.
