As Director of Development you will be responsible for the day-to-day  
management of the development team. You will also set technical  
direction, manage priorities, and work with product development.
Required skills: 	

- Past experience in a startup environment
- Experience managing a perl based development platform
- Experience with LAMP/LAPP stacks

Desired skills: 	

- Experience implementing Agile/TDD development practices (preferably  
in a perl environment)
