Greenplum is looking for a Unix System Administrator
to run our engineering lab. The successful candidate
will have extensive experience with installing,
configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Unix
platforms.

We are growing quickly and are looking for creative
people who want to be a part of a fast-paced
environment. Our company is pioneering technical
advances in database systems, high-performance
computing, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

Administer and support a Linux, Solaris, and OSX
infrastructure.
Install, Configure, Maintain Redhat based servers.
Maintain documentation of systems configurations and
procedures.
Participate in infrastructure and capacity planning
Requirements:

4+ years experience.
Expert level knowledge of Redhat Linux.
Solaris experience.
Experience with scripting (sh, bash, Python, Perl)
Strong TCP/IP networking skills
Independent problem-solving, self-direction
Knowledge of RAID.
References required. 
Permanent residency or work visa required.
