Heavy experience in Linux Appliance work
the candidate should have prior experience in building the OS
Linux / Unix Admin
Linux Installation ( from dev aspect)
Anaconda
Kickstart intallation for Linux
Changing and upgarding Boot Kernels for Linux platform
Install kernel driver modules
Customising Linux Installation 
Red Hat Linux Enterprise distribution - Advance Server 3

Shell scripting
Python
C programming
