We have an opportunity for an experienced Linux systems software
engineer to join our team. We are building high performance networked
system. This position will be responsible for designing and building
software components that form parts of a high performance distributed
filesystem. 

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing
system level, client/server software on Linux. Familiarity with Linux
internals, drivers, kernel and hardware bring-up experience required. 

In addition, the candidate needs to have in-depth knowledge of
networking topology and protocols to assist in the evaluation and
recommendations for the networking components of our system. A
fundamental understanding of Filesystem development is a plus. We also
require excellent communication skills. 

We require: 

*	Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 
*	5+ years experience developing Linux or Unix system level
software 
*	Experience working with networking and client/server or
distributed systems 
*	Experience with Linux internals and system bring-up
(configuring, patching and building Linux kernels) 
*	Experience documenting processes and tools
