VMware's newly announced Community Source program is designed to empower partners to influence the direction of VMware ESX Server through a collaborative development model and shared governance process.  Industry partners will have the opportunity to access VMware ESX Server source code to develop and extend interoperable and integrated virtualization solutions. Customers will benefit by the accelerated availability of new virtualization solutions and expanded interoperability and supportability, and the establishment of common standards for virtualization.  - Developers (with a background in either Kernel, Networking, Storage and File Systems)
 - QA Software Engineers (Manual & Automated)
 - Build/Release Engineer  (background in Makefile, CVS/Perforce/subversion)
 - Webmaster (background in xhtml/javascript/css/php/)
