Hi,

I manage support for a startup in the email security field, Abaca.  We
heavily utilize Linux, Python and a number of other open-source tools to
filter spam.  We are looking for a tech support engineer who has:

 * Excellent communication skills
 * Good command of UNIX, with at least some scripting skills
 * Knowledge of the Internet Protocol Suite - at least fundamentals of
TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP

Support cases range from fielding common questions to re-architecting
enterprise mail infrastructures.  Tech support engineers work directly with
engineering to improve the product.

We are well funded but pre-VC, with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
We're still small, and we have a startup atmosphere.  We have been
overhiring in general, so we have a lot of very bright, experienced people
(all 12 of them).  This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
