Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop/modify complex web interfaces.
* Design, implement and modify SQL databases and related code.
* Maintain close communication on project status and deliverables.
* Develop web-enabled database applications within our development 
framework.
* Fully test and document constructed programs.
* Adhere to scheduled milestones and deliverable dates.

Minimum Required Skills:

Expert Web Skills:
* Expert knowledge of DHTML, Javascript, and CSS
* Experience designing high-performance web interfaces.
* Expert knowledge of Apache Template and Template Toolkit.
* Working knowledge of DBI and Class::DBI.
* Expert knowledge of web form design and application flow.
* Understanding of web application security principles.

Expert Perl skills:
* OO Perl development.
* Experience in developing CGI and standalone Perl scripts.
* Working knowledge of Regular Expressions in Perl.
* Expert knowledge of Perl modules such as CGI, DBI, LWP and XML-Parser.
* Working knowledge of ModPerl.

Advanced Database Knowledge
* Experience in SQL database programming.
* Experience in SQL database design.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:
* Working knowledge of Subversion.
* UNIX Administration.
