[SVLUG-Jobs] Small distro creator & pyGTK Expert

Hi all.

We're looking for either one person with multiple skill sets or a couple of
people to suit our needs.

Need #1
- We're putting together a small distribution that we can distribute on a
USB flash key.  That distribution will be used to run our applications.  We
need someone familiar with the kernel build process, auto detection of
hardware, USB subsystem, video/X subsystem, and init processes.  This
position will be creating the necessary components on our distribution to
allow the most universal USB key boot available.  Yes, there are distros out
there with some of this functionality but we need someone in-house to pull
the appropriate bits of technology together.

Need #2
- We have some existing pyGTK applications used to test underlying
application/network protocols.  Someone is needed to assist in that
development.  GUI experience along with knowledge of networking protocols
and the pyGTK environment (Glade) required.

Of course, it'd be great if someone had both needs in one nice package!
Looking for full-time, but would look at contract if the right person came
along.
